We’re excited to have you here. Before you dive into booking workshops or downloading patterns, here’s everything you need to know. We’ve kept it clear, straightforward, and fair.

 

Workshop Bookings

Non-Refundable Tickets:
Workshop bookings are non-refundable. Once a space is booked, it is reserved specifically for you.

Transfers:
If you are unable to attend, please contact us at least 48 hours before the workshop. We will do our best to transfer your booking to another available date. Transfers are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

Project Completion:
We aim to guide you through your project, but we cannot guarantee that all participants will complete their projects within the workshop time. We’re happy to offer advice on how to continue or complete your work at home if needed.

Minimum Attendance:
Some workshops require a minimum number of participants to run. If a workshop needs to be cancelled or rescheduled due to low attendance, you will be offered either a transfer to another date or a full refund.

Health & Safety:
Please follow all workshop safety instructions during your visit. By attending, you accept responsibility for your own health and wellbeing throughout the session.

 

Digital Products

Non-Refundable Downloads:
Due to the nature of digital products (such as sewing patterns and guides), all digital purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once downloaded.

Personal Use Only:
All digital products are for personal use only. They must not be copied, redistributed, shared, or resold without written permission.

 

General Store Policies

Shipping:
(If applicable) Any physical products purchased will be shipped as per the delivery information shown at checkout. Shipping times may vary, and once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are outside of our control.

Privacy:
We respect your privacy. Your personal information will only be used to process your order and to communicate with you about your purchase. We never sell or share your information with third parties without your consent.
